If you decide to use FCC as your uniform supplier you will find we are a lot different from any Supplier that you have used in the past. Our emphasis is on Customer satisfaction and whether you have 5 or 500 wearers you will receive the same high levels of personal service from every member of the team at FCC.
As a matter of course you will have a dedicated Account Handler who will manage all aspects of your Account by telephone. Each Customer is appointed a dedicated Account Executive who will visit you at least twice a year to discuss any issues you may have and to show you new garments which may be appropriate and of interest to you.
Significant investments have been made to our IT systems and we have invested heavily to be able to offer a number of innovative solutions to manage the uniform issue which is powered by the innovative Apparel Garment Management System. This includes full wearer size and your ordering history. We are able to generate stock forecasting, and bespoke reports, all available to you with your own log-in at your unique and personal bespoke section of our database. These systems allow us to despatch all orders within 7 days, regardless of the size or complexity of the order.
