When you order a sandwich you wouldn’t expect to receive the ingredients and make it yourself. It’s the same when you order your uniform clothing from FCC. We work with you at every step of the process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
When you order an individual wearer’s uniform from FCC that is exactly what you will receive. We will not send you a box of garments for you to sort out. We know you have got better things to do with your time and so all of your uniform from the whole package to just one or two items will be delivered to you in a well documented and named Wearer Pack.
When you order from FCC we take care of the whole administration of the order. We will pack all orders in clearly labelled Wearer Packs. You can expect to receive a clearly labelled pack for each wearer, containing details of the wearer, sizes, garments and quantities enclosed. This will then allow you distribute the packs easily amongst your wearers.
All this information is also clearly replicated on delivery notes and invoices, giving a clear line of traceability from order to the invoice.

In recent years we have invested heavily in our IT systems. We are able to offer all clients the opportunity to use our web-based ordering system, via www.fcccorporate.co.uk. This gives clients the opportunity to manage every aspect of the uniform issue, from wearer reports, to specific order history for different sites.
